Our History
Dynamic Builders was founded in 1964 by L. Ramon Bonin. From its beginnings as a design-build general contractor, Dynamic has branched into all phases of industrial development, with a focus on the owner-occupied, build-to-suit transactions. Dynamic Builders is a family run organization. Incorporated in 1965, Dynamic Builders is run by Ramon Bonin, Chairman, and his son Blaise Bonin, President and CEO. Son-in-law Ken Jackson, Director of Sales, has been with the company since 1990, facilitating the sales and development activity. Our entire Dynamic team helps to create an individualized, personal service that customizes each transaction to the needs of each particular client.
