L. Ramon Bonin, Chairman:
Ramon Bonin has built more industrial buildings in Los Angeles County than any other developer. The concept of personalized service begins at the top in Dynamic Builders. Without exception, clients of Dynamic Builders receive not only a quality building, but also the "golden touch" of the patriarch of the company that results in the blessing of continued success within all Dynamic Builders built facilities.

Blaise Bonin, President and CEO:
Blaise Bonin has grown up with Dynamic Builders. As a teenager, he helped to supervise the construction of hundreds of buildings. Since 1989 Blaise has supervised the construction division within the company, and as of 1997 he began managing all aspects of the company's operation. Blaise has made a tremendous contribution to Dynamic's success with the completion of all projects "on time" and "within budget". His attention to each individual project allows the company to meet scheduling objectives without compromising the Dynamic standards of construction.

Ken Jackson, Director of Sales and Acquisitions:
Ken Jackson joined Dynamic Builders in 1990 and has been responsible for all of Dynamic Builders sales and acquisition activity since that time.

Carol Jones, Sales and Acquisitions:
Carol Jones has been part of the Dynamic Builders team since 1998. Originally from the East Coast, Carol attended Johns Hopkins University where she received her B.A. in Economics. Prior to relocating to Los Angeles she worked at the Federal Reserve Board in Washington, D.C. Mrs. Jones began her career in real estate in 1988 when she joined Grubb & Ellis Company as a specialist in the sale and lease of industrial property in the Central Los Angeles industrial corridor. As a Regional Marketing Director, Carol is responsible for generating site development opportunities for Dynamic Builders as well as for completing build-to-suit sales.

Roger Madison, Chief Estimator:
Roger Madison joined the construction industry in 1978 and has served as a Chief Estimator for over 20 years. Having worked his way up in the field, his practical knowledge of construction allows him to visualize and cost complete structures from nothing more than a single line site plan. His responsibilities include generating all estimates and budgets for Sales and Acquisitions as well as managing a team of procurement specialists that provide all purchasing of subcontracts for field operations.

Steve Justus, Senior Project Manager:
Steve's career in real estate development spans more than 35 years. Leading the team of design and construction professionals with responsibility for meeting our customer's goals, Steve assures that all project requirements are managed smoothly and successfully.

Jeffrey Frye, General Superintendent:
Jeff has been assigned to a vast array of projects throughout his 26 year history in the construction industry. He has been involved at many levels in the construction of hotels, parking garages, office buildings, subways, airports and hospitals. He has led large crews in the performance of direct work along with supervising and managing subcontractors. His primary responsibilities include the development and execution of the Project schedule, managing subcontractor resources, maintaining and controlling quality, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Ariel Trinidad, Controller:
Ariel Trinidad joined Dynamic Builders in 1994. A graduate of Pepperdine University, Ariel is a 20 year veteran of the real estate development and construction industry in Los Angeles. He is responsible for tracking and reporting the company’s profitability as well as all accounting and office administration. In addition Ariel arranges the construction financing for our development projects.
